How long is the delivery time?
The expected delivery time for Chicclusive collection is 1-3 business days. If you place an order before 2 p.m., the package will be shipped the same day with PostNL. Should you have chosen an extra customized option, please allow +1 business day. You will receive a track & trace code by email, so you can always follow your package on the carrier's website.
Note: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order within three working days, because we are dependent on the postal company. We will of course do our best to send the package as soon as possible. In connection with corona, we recommend keeping an eye on the track & trace for the current delivery date.
Do I pay shipping costs?
Shipping costs include handling charges.

Can I track my order?
Yes you can! You will receive an email confirmation after payment. ThenChicclusive sends a second e-mail as soon as your order is shipped containing the Track & Trace code and link. This way you can track your order.
My Track & Trace code indicates that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything.

My package is at a pickup point. I am unable to pick it up. Will I get my money back?
Are you not at home during the first delivery attempt? Then your package will be delivered to a pickup point. You have two weeks to pick it up. It is your responsibility to pick up your package within these two weeks. Should the package be returned to us, we will only refund the purchase price.
I gave an incorrect delivery address, can I change it?
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is provided correctly. If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Always include the correct delivery address + order number in the email.
However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address for you as it may happen that your order has already been processed. Of course we will do our best to make the change. Cancellations of orders are not possible.
I am still in doubt about a color or wig. What now?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that you are welcome to come and try on the models at our shop. We will take all the time you need to make sure you are satisfied. So you can order a wig from our website with peace of mind. Contact us via WhatsApp for available dates and times & secure yourself an appointment! Don't manage to come by? Then we'll schedule a video consultation.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes definitely. It is possible to pick up your order at our store on the Alseidenstraat 20,Unit 23 in Almere Poort.
